Viewing Additional Information in the Media Leads Pipeline

By default, the Media Leads Pipeline displays a standard set of information on each lead card. AE Sync provides additional options that allow you to view more details or narrow down what is displayed.

Note: These settings are temporary and do not save to your account. Filters and field selections must be reapplied each time you want to change the view.
A future enhancement will allow Smart Lists in the Media Leads Pipeline, similar to those available in the Appointment List View.

Option 1: Manage Fields

The Manage Fields option allows you to customize which details appear on each lead card by adding or removing fields.

You can choose to display additional information such as:

• Created On Date

• Last Status Change Date

• Days Since Last Update

• Next Task Due Date

This option is helpful when you need more context at a glance without opening individual leads.

Option 2: Advanced Filters

Advanced Filters allow you to narrow the pipeline view to show only leads that meet specific criteria.

For example:

• To view only leads created within the past seven days, apply the filter:
  Created On → Last 7 Days

Advanced Filters help you focus on recent activity or specific lead segments without cluttering the pipeline view.

Summary

Using Manage Fields and Advanced Filters gives you greater visibility and control when working within the Media Leads Pipeline. While these views must be reset each time, they provide a flexible way to quickly access the information most relevant to your workflow.
