Where Can I Find My Calendars in Sync?
After logging into Sync, navigate to the Calendar Settings section from the main menu.
Here you’ll see a list of all calendars within your account
How Do I Change the Time/Availability of a Meeting/Event?
Open the Calendar: On the left side of the screen, click the pencil icon to edit the calendar.
Choose "Availability": Within this section you can edit the duration of this meeting.
Click on the user you are wishing to update, Edit then Customize Schedule for this Calendar Only.
Choose Booking Rules: to update the duration of meetings and other settings.
Save Changes: Click Save or Update to apply.
- Meeting Interval - How often available time slots appear on the booking widget
- Meeting Duration - Length of the scheduled meeting
- Minimum Scheduling Notice - Prevents same-day or last-minute bookings
- Date Range - Controls how far into the future bookings are allowed
- Pre-Buffer Time - Blocks time before a meeting
- Post-Buffer Time - Blocks time after a meeting
- Look Busy - Automatically blocks a percentage of available time
- Useful for: New office staff and Limiting booking volume during training
5. Save Changes: Click Save or Update to apply.
How Do I Edit the Meeting Details? (Assigned Users, Title, Description, Location etc.)
Open the Calendar: On the left side of the screen, click the pencil icon to edit the calendar.
Choose "Basic Details": Within this section you can edit all of the initial information regarding the meeting:
Calendar Name - This is what shows to on the calendar widget
Description - What the purpose of this meeting is for
Custom URL
Meeting Invite Title - Short codes can be used to find information related to the contact, assigned user (if using round robin feature) and name of the meeting
Group that the booking appears in.
- Choose "Staff & Location": To update how the meeting will be held.
Select Team Members & Assigned Meeting Locations - Add or Remove users who will have meetings booked on their calendar. Click 'Add Location' under each user to provide the Lead options on how they'd like to have the meeting with your office.
All users will need to ensure that their calendars are connected to avoid double bookings
Click Save / Update to store changes.
Can I Change Styling, Color, or Visual Settings of My Calendar or Events?
Yes!
Open the Calendar: On the left side of the screen, click the pencil icon to edit the calendar.
Choose "Advanced Settings" then "Widget Appearance": Edit your Primary color of the widget by entering in your HEX code.
Click Save, then "Preview Widget"
