Granting Platform Access to a New Employee
If you have hired a new employee or need to provide AE Sync platform access to an additional user, please submit a New User ticket. You will be asked to provide the individual’s first name, last name, and email address.
Once the ticket is submitted, our team will review and process the request.
After the account is created, the new user will receive an email from AE Sync with instructions to set up their password.
Upon completing the password setup, the user will be able to log in to the platform, connect their calendar, and begin managing pipelines as needed.
